How does it work? 

1. Submit your ESN/IMEI number from your iPhone in the order page (get this 15 digit number by going to 'Settings' > 'General' > 'About' on your iPhone).
2. We will notify you once it is ready to be officially unlocked (marked as 'shipped').
3. Install the latest version of iTunes and backup your iPhone.
4. Restore to the latest iOS version by clicking restore or update.
5. Once restore is complete, disconnect iPhone and reconnect after 10 seconds.
6. Now insert a different carrier SIM card (not your Sprint SIM card).
7. Wait until iTunes detects your iPhone. iTunes will then display: Congratulations, your iPhone has been unlocked.

Notes, Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy:

• The ESN/IMEI number of your iPhone submitted must be locked to Sprint USA. There is no refund if it's not a Sprint iPhone.
• We will refund only if your iPhone is NOT marked as 'unlocked' in Apple database.
• Please make sure that you have your iCloud password for your iPhone or iOS 7 Find My iPhone is disabled before ordering.
• Please double check your ESN/IMEI before submitting! Once your ESN/IMEI is submitted for unlocking, there's no way to change or cancel it.

• If you live in the the United States of America, It is your responsibility to make sure that your phone is manufactured before January 26th of 2013 prior to requesting an unlock service from us.
