Ostatni album ATB zatytułowany "Distant Earth" dotarł do #7 miejsca niemieckiego zestawienia sprzedaży płyt, co jest - jak do tej pory - najwyższym miejscem, do którego udało się dotrzeć Andre Tannebergerowi. Teraz ten przebojowy materiał trafił w ręce międzynarodowej sławy dj'ów i producentów w wyniku powstał album z remiksami. Każdy z nich mógł wybrać swój ulubiony utwór z "Distant Earth" i swoją interpretacją przyczynić się do powstania "Distant Earth Remixed". Dodatkowo część utworów sam ponownie wyprodukował i zmiksował Andre. Dzięki temu powstało naprawdę dużo ciekawego materiału.Pierwszym singlem promującym krążek jest remiks utworu "Move On", któremu towarzyszy klip nakręcony w Las Vegas podczas "Distant Earth Tour".
