Overview

Port103R is a STM32 development board that features a STM32F103RCT6 device as the microcontroller, supports further expansion with various optional accessory boards for your specific application. It is ideal for starting application development with STM32F family.

Note: Optional accessory boards are NOT included in the price.

What's On Board

 1.  MCU: STM32F103RCT6 from STMicroelectronics, incorporates the high-performance ARM® Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 72 MHz frequency in LQFP64 package. The STM32F103RCT offers high-speed embedded memories(256KB FLASH, 48KB RAM),                              2. Onboard 3.3V regulator, AMS1117-3.3
 3. Power indicator
 4. LEDs: Convenient for indicating I/O status or program debugging running state 
 5. Reset button
 6. User Buttons
 7. Joystick, 5 directions
 8. 8M crystal, enables the MCU run at 72M frequency by frequency multiplication
 9. 32.768K crystal, used for internal RTC, also supports clock calibration.
10. Programming interface (JTAG/SWD), onboard 20-pin JTAG/SWD header
11. USB connector, used for establishing USB communication between PC and the STM32 development board
12. USART1 connector, supports ISP (In-System Programming) through USART1, as well as system signal output
13. IO expander, all the MCU pins are accessible on expansion connectors for further expansion
14. Power input/output header, 5V/3.3V, usually used for power output, or common ground with other user board
15. 5V DC power jack
16. Boot modes configuration: jumpers for selecting STM32 boot space
17. Power supply switch, powered from 5V DC jack or USB connection
18. USB enable jumper

• Short the jumper to enable the PC auto detection while USB connecting
• Open the jumper to disable

19. VBAT enable jumper, powered from battery is available via this jumper, an external battery is required

20. User LEDs jumper

• Short the jumper to connect to I/Os that used in example code
• Open the jumper to connect to other custom pins via jumper wires

21. User Buttons jumper

• Short the jumper to connect to I/Os that used in example code
• Open the jumper to connect to other custom pins via jumper wires

22. Joystick jumper

• Short the jumper to connect to I/Os that used in example code
• Open the jumper to connect to other custom pins via jumper wires

Port103R supports programming through USART port without programmer.
Port103R provides JTAG/SWD debugging interface, yet does NOT integrate any debugging function, a debugger is required.
