Noise Auction crashed into the Columbus scene in the spring of 2004. Six musicians desiring to be heard above the white noise of an already established scene. They put their talents and dreams onto the auction block of the world. All six already seasoned, on stage and in the studio, they started writing with no real format in mind. What came out was an intense, fresh blend of hard rock. Proud of being a rock band while others followed trends, NA has become a powerhouse on stage. With the music written they plotted the image, and show and set to work on bringing their sound to the Ohio Valley. NA opened for every major act they could, including:Sevendust, Orgy, Godhead, System of A Down, Dry Kill logic, Rev Theory, Mars Volta, Magni Fi, Flaw, Five Bolt Main, NonPoint, Bobaflex, HedPe, Hinder, and others. In 2005 NA dropped their first album (A different frequency) and was chosen to play The Blitz Bash at "The LC" put on by then local radio station 99.7 The Blitz. This show would help launch them into the spotlight of the Columbus music scene. Noise Auction came in second out of thousands of bands from all around the world in the isound competition for new unsigned talent. 2006, Noise Auction finished their second CD "A Stitch in TIme" at John Schwab Recording Studios. Joe Viers who did the "Apologize for Nothing" album for Boba Flex. (TVT national recording artists), engineered and co-produced the album. In 2009 They were booked with The Genitortures for a 2010 Cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel. While shopping, touring and promoting "Stitch" NA has been gathering material through all of their past experiences, professional and personal, to gear up for their third CD to be released in the summer 2010.
