Very rare 1978 Marshall JMP2150 100 watt Super Lead 1x12 Combo. 

Original transformers and original Celestion Power Cell 12" 100watt speaker. Speaker is solid and sounds fantastic.

This amp is basically a 2 channel (patchable) 100watt Super Lead with a Marshall designed Post-Phase-Inverter master volume. Produced for only a short period in 1978. It was meant for gigging musicians who wanted the power of a Marshall stack with the portability of a combo. Basically a Super Lead chassis with all the features built into a combo. It has speaker outs as well as an impedance selector, so it can be ported to a 4x12 (or 2x12) cab for your standard 100watt stack sound. The chassis could even be mounted into a Marshall head cab and used as a Super Lead head. Sound: with the master on full and the pre-amp at 1-5 you are in standard Plexi territory. The cleans are the basic Plexi cleans. Back off the master volume and turn up the pre-amp and you are in JCM800 territory, without the buzzyness that's typically found in the JCM800/900 series amps. Patch the channels and dial in your sound. In the right hands this is a very versatile amp.
