1935 OFFICIAL PROGRAMME OF THE JUBILEE PROCESSION OF KING GEORGE V

This old programme is an official souvenir to commemorate the SILVER JUBILEE of HM King George V on Monday May the Sixth 1935.
It is 32 pages long and measures approx.8.5" x 11".
 This booklet is still in quite good condition for its' age .
On the front cover it says:

Inside, on the first page, is a message from HRH The Prince of Wales and there follows four pages of black & white pictures of the senior members of the Royal Family in 1935.
There is then an article called THE KINGS MAJESTY by John Drinkwater and another article about George V.
The pages that follow contain:
•The ORDER OF PROCESSIONS
•MAP AND TIME-TABLE OF THE PROCESSION (Procession route from Buckingham Palace to St Pauls Cathedral)
•The THANKSGIVING SERVICE-ORDER OF SERVICE

There is also a GENEALOGICAL TABLE OF THE ROYAL FAMILY (Family Tree back to Victoria & Albert), as well as an article about King George's Jubilee Trust.

Included in the auction is an old card with a black & white picture of Queen Elizabeth II on the front (the card has a small hole at each corner where it must have been pinned up on the wall with drawing pins).  Her crown and necklace on the card are 'glittery' and the card appears to have been cut down one side as if from a gift card of some kind.

These items, particularly the souvenir programme, would make lovely additions to someones collection.
