The Glory Guys [DVD] (DVD);OK, Tom Tyron is the epitome of the wooden actor, sharing first place with Edmond Purdom (an aside, they make Charlton Heston, at his weakest, look good). However, what happens in this fiction, is almost a blow by blow re-enactment of the Little Big Horn and Renos rear guard action. The glory Guys theme is an excellent replacement for the Garry Owen. It is a romp of a US Cavalry vs Red Indians film, before DREADFUL PC took over. By the way, Harve Presnell shows that he could do more than musicals, and it is his only tough guy role.;Thinking of others, though I enjoy the film as a romp and an attempt to show the manics of the Little Big Horn, there is enough for others to find fault.
