Opis:
Doctor Who" (ang. Doktor Kto) jest brytyjskim serialem science fiction produkowanym przez BBC. Nadawany jest już od 1963. W roku 1989 przerwano jego emisję, jednakże w roku 1996 powstał film telewizyjny, a w roku 2005 wznowiono nadawanie serii. Historia opowiada o tajemniczym, dziwacznym osobniku przedstawiającym się po prostu jako "Doktor". Podróżuje on w czasie i przestrzeni za pomocą urządzenia o nazwie T.A.R.D.I.S., które z kolei zakamuflowane jest w niebieskiej budce policyjnej. Doktor jest jednym z Władców Czasu z planety Gallifrey, z których każdy po śmierci regeneruje się w nowym ciele (dzięki czemu Doktora grało do tej pory dziesięciu aktorów), choć każdy z Władców zrobić to może jedynie dwanaście razy. Poszczególne wcielenia Doktora różnią się nie tylko wyglądem, ale również osobowością.
Christopher Eccleston's Doctor is wise and funny, cheeky and brave. As they travel together through time, encountering new adversaries, the Doctor shows her things beyond imagination. She starts out as an innocent, unfettered by worldly concerns.
