Die SITTEN DER VOLKEN by Dr. Georg Buschan was published circa 1910-20 in Germany by Union Deutsche Verlagsgesellschaft. There are 3 volumes each measuring 8" x 11 1/4" with a total of 1300+ pages, over 1500 photographic illustrations and many full page color plates. Vol. III has a foldout frontis. Text is in German; content is cultures and customs of indigenous peoples of the world including Australia and Oceania, Polynesia, Melanesia, Africa, Philippines, China, Siam, Burma, Indochina, Japan, Ceylon, Iran, Madagascar, Egypt, Middle East, North America, South America, Central America, Europe etc.
The books are bound in green and brown cloth with gilt spine titling and ruling. Contributors include A.C. Haddon, T.J. Allridge, Baudesson, C.G. Seligmann, L.A. Wadell, R. Parkinson etc. etc.
