Existing from 1991 to 1995, they delivered a cool aggressive fast but melodic mix of classic Punk and crust with female vocals. This Lp compiles their 2 sold out classic 7"s, all their compilation tracks, the demo + 2 unreleased songs. Lyrix dealing mostly with animal rights and the resistence against exploitation. Some of the members continued later on as Lost World - cool stuff! Re – release of the complete Day by Day discography on one LP! Day by Day from Karlsruhe/Germany existed from 1991 until 1995. During that time they released a demo – tape, two singles and some sampler contributions. All this material is rare and sold out for years. „Animal abuse...“ comes along with all the songs, starting with the demo – tape, the „Ganz was feines“7“ and the „We need more than your compassion“7“ further going to the contributions of the „Irokäse Sound“Sampler and the „Aggressions in an emotional way“ EP compilation. Additionally it contains two previously unreleased tracks from 1994. Day by Day played a wonderful mixture of classic Punkrock and Crust. It was fast, furious and aggressive, but always combined with catchy melodies and the great voice of Tati. The lyrics, sung partly in German and partly in English, dealt with animal rights and resistance against exploitation and suppression. Day by Day onsisted of Tati & Frank (later members of Lost World), Ebba and Fischer. The band split in 1995, but continued one year later with partly different members as Lost World taking up the rope of Day by Day. Even 15 years later they are still great and have lost nothing of their straightness and honest anger. It has been long enough they were not available on vinyl. „Animal abuse...“ comes along in great old school artwork, white vinyl only, together with all lyrics and a poster.
