Made from black ripstop polycotton fabric.
Four bulgy front pockets secured by slotted tab buttons for cold weather use.
Vertical front zips give access to internal chest pockets, which in turn contain slots for pens etc.
Shoulder eppaulettes to which the wearer can add rank slides, 'security' badges etc if needed.
There are also cloth loops in the upper chest area for securing radio mikes etc.
Large hood with wire stiffened front rim and two adjustable cord locks for tightening hood around the face, which can be locked together to tighten under chin in extreme conditions.
Hem of jacket can be tightened by elasticated cord with cord-locks.
Velcro adjustable cuffs.
