The Bennito Sextet will put your mind and feet one step beyond. Bennito, born in New York City of Puerto Rican parents, soon developed his particular technique and became a master with his Timbales. He played in many bands but when he found the guys in this Sextet he discovered they had a different sound, and so they went. In 1968 they release "The Bennito Sextet + One", which opened with the 5:50' masterpiece "Psychedelic Meditation". Afro Cuban and Latin fans, let's start our psyche cool floating together.
