Reedycja (2013) legendarnej plyty progresywnej argentynskiej grupy wydanej w 1974 roku. Mus dla wielbicieli gatunku, prog-rock oparty na mocnym brzmieniu gitar i organach hammonda to znakomita wizytowka prog-rocka epoki lat 70tych.
The progressive sound of this group - full of rhythm changes and rich melodic treatments - was based on the virtuosity of Caló, Borda and Sainz. The second album of wild Argentine progressive gem. Long tracks, very wild keyboards/guitar based with constant rhythm changes not unlike the best Italian bands. More influenced by bands like YES, FLASH, or GREENSLADE, "Espacios" - featuring only three long compositions ("4:30 en el universo", "Surcos en el aire" and "Pausa en espacios") - was still a good record, though not as good as the first one.
AVE ROCK presented a powerful album full of time changes and alternating tempos with a touch of psych and symhonic rock.The work on Hammond organ recalls heavily early-70's DEEP PURPLE's,while the sound of the guitar is very psychedelic.Their style easily turns from dynamic rhythms to sensitive organ-based themes and from bluesy-rock parts to complicated GENTLE GIANT-like progressive rock.Vocals are sporadic,this is mostly an instrumental album filled with a thousand music colors and should please every fan of organ-based classic progressive rock.A strongly-recommended little treasure!.
