Co nie znaczy, że nie mają oni u nas zagorzałych fanów... Ich muzyka to klasyczny amerykański melodyjny punk pierwszej połowy lat ,80 porównywalny do DI czy Social Distortion.
A collection of influential demo recordings circa 1[zasłonięte]980-19 from Orange County hardcore heavyweights the ADOLESCENTS. Sixteen classic tracks (fourteen of which are previously unreleased) in their raw, demo form, including the cut "Richard Hung Himself" from the band's Welcome To Reality EP.
The Adolescents need no introduction, they virtually invented the melodic power punk that made Orange County famous when they formed in 1980. We're proud to release all of their influential demos from their earliest rehearsals up until 1986. Fourteen of these tracks are previously unreleased, including one studio recording, "Richard Hung Himself," originally recorded for the Welcome to Reality EP

"This album is pretty good. For any new fan of the adolescents, you might not to start here.(pick up the self titled album or brats in battalions first) But any other fan should enjoy this. Of course it has songs nowhere else, but hearing the songs in their rawest form is pretty cool. Not a great album but well worth picking up for any fan of the band. Although the Adolescents are classic and great, this cd however sucks my nuts. I made the mistake of buying this cd before the s/t one thats my main issue with this cd. I was a newbie and just bought this one first which I wasn't supposed to do. For a die hard fan, this is probably great but when I heard this, all I thought was, what a pile of monkey crap. any fan of the adolescents should get this. it has a few songs that arent on anything else that the adolescents recorded. the recording of richard hung himself is almost worth it alone. if you just discovered the adolescents, buy the self titled and brats in battalions first and then get this. oh yea also buy some D.I. bc they share members with the adolescents and are just as good " Płyta jest oczywiście nowa, w oryginalnej folii.
