Application Instruction How To Get The Most Out Of Your Detox Pads 1. Take one piece of the adhesive backing sheets and one detox pad. 2. Gently peel off the bottom portion of the medical grade backing paper, leaving the top piece attached. 3. Now take the detox pad and carefully remove it from its protective packaging. Hold it with the writing side facing towards the adhesive sheet. Please note that on the TRMX-2 pad this will be the gold side. 4. Carefully place the detox pad at the center of the adhesive sheet. 5. Remove the remaining portion of backing paper and press the pad firmly to attach. 6. Apply the detox pad to the sole of the foot according to the reflex points and press gently to ensure the pad is secure. 7. Now repeat the process for the other foot.
