Powyżej o książce, z książki. Ja dodam, że trudno mi się z nią rozstać, ale ponieważ sama już nie jeżdżę i od paru lat stoi bezużyteczna na półce, może komuś się przyda. Wg mnie jest REWELACYJNA. Ćwiczenia są śmiesznie łatwe i w zadziwiająco prosty sposób przynoszą efekty. Powiedziałabym, że ćwicząc można się bawić, a z pewnością urozmaicać jazdę. Myślę, że byłaby dobra dla instruktorów, którzy mogliby wykorzystywać ćwiczenia na jazdach. Każdemu ćwiczeniu towarzyszą zdjęcia. Stan podaję jako 'nowy' z tego względu, że dzięki twardej okładce uniknęła jakichkolwiek zniszczeń.
